Multiple Team (3 or more)	$775.00 (no further discounts)
Deposit (Required by 20 October 2008)	$200.00
Deposits paid on or before 20 October 2008	- $25.00
Full Payment paid on or before Round 2	- $50.00
Individual Players will pay the team they are placed in.

TEAM DISCOUNTS

* Nominate and pay the $200.00 Team Deposit before 20 October 2008 and receive a $25.00 discount

* Pay Team Fees in full by Round 2 of the Competition and receive a $50.00 discount.
