When playing at a Pure Touchfootball venue, you are insured through Sportscover Australia for Accident’s / Injury’s.
Your team’s insurance sheet MUST be returned to your Venue Manager by no later than Round three (3). After this time if you wish to add a new player to your insurance form, please email their full details (name, address, phone, DOB, sex, occupation) to office@puretouch.com.au with the subject new player (please provide your team name).
If you have been injured during a game, you are required to notify the Referee, who will record the injury on the game card. You will then need to notify the Insurer (contact details are at the bottom of this page) World Wide Sports Insurance, who will post you a claim form, and provide details on how to claim.
Please note: A claim must be made within 30 days of the injury occurring.
