Refund & Returns Policy Statement
This Refunds & Returns Policy Statement sets out our policy, with respect to the way in which we accept returns and issue refunds.
A refund will be provided only upon misrepresentation of the service in our website or advertising. To request a refund you must first contact the office and remove your team from the draw. Refunds will only be avaliable up to the completion of Round 3 of a season. Please call 07 3879 2192 or email office@puretouch.com.au.
Where a refund is agreed adn is correctly claimed under the above process, a refund will be made within 10 business days of the receipt of the item as follows -
Where payment made by credit card, a refund will be processed to that credit card.
If the payment was not made by credit card, an EFT will be made to the bank account of the person. Please make sure you provide your BSB, Bank A/c Number and Bank A/c Name with your item being returned.
If the payment was not made by credit card and originated outside Australia, a cheque will be sent.
Refunds will not be made by cash or cheque to Australian residents.
